Kevin Power, Managing Director
Kevin Power, Managing Director of Ellickson International, has held Senior Management positions in multi-national companies. With a background in engineering, particularly in prototypes and specifically in laser application, Kevin is an excellent team leader and brings a practical, innovative approach to the company’s work.
Dominic Ellickson, Founder
Dominic Ellickson introduced the insulated door to Ireland in 1976 and has been involved in the design, manufacture, installation and maintenance of industrial products for the last 45 years. Ellickson, an electrical engineer, inventor and founder of many successful Irish companies was elected to the European Commission BEST Task Force, representing Ireland. Although retired, Ellickson is a consultant to the company.
Josh Goodman, Director of Operations – USA
Josh Goodman has almost a decade of Business Development and Management experience. Josh built a Washington DC business from one employee to 80 employees within a year. Josh deployed the first mobile self-serve draft beer system in the USA prior to joining the Ellickson team.

Ellickson International has grown in 10 years from a four person start-up to an enterprise employing 42 people and turning over €5.8m per annum with blue-chip clients including Diageo, Ascon, Sisk, Coca-Cola, Tesco Ireland and GlaxoSmithKline.
Ellickson International was founded in 2002 in Waterford, Ireland. The founders, Dominic Ellickson, inventor and entrepreneur and Darryl Kavanagh, publican and hospitality entrepreneur set up Ellickson International following a mutual interest in pioneering mechanical and industrial products.
Ellickson International is a private company, 100% Irish owned, with all shareholders and directors based in Waterford, Ireland. Initially, the company very successfully introduced a range of commercial and industrial products to the Irish market. A combination of the downturn of the construction sector and an innovation push in Ireland, led the company to embark on a programme to source and develop cutting edge products in the hospitality and retail sector to provide a sustainable business in the future.
In 2008, the company began developing an innovative beer dispensing system. Now fully developed, the product was quickly snapped up by Diageo as their new product for 2009-2010. Diageo used the system as their main marketing tool in 09. The beer dispensing system, branded as The Draft Table™ was rolled-out in November 2009, with units installed in 200 pubs in 4 weeks. The Draft Table™ has huge International export potential.
Two other innovative products with massive export potential, Bev-Dok and Cellar Monitor™, will add to Ellickson International’s progressive growth in the bar sector.
Our Services
Ellickson International provides innovative bar solutions internationally. We are currently rolling out the Draft Table™ and we are in late development stages of market testing and commercialisation of our two other products: Steri-Dok and Bev-Dok.
